He's a great guide and he truly cares about the fish you'll catch and the local environment and waters. He speaks English and is a fun young man to spend a day with, fishing in a beautiful setting. An Excellent Fly-Fishing Guide
I had a wonderful day fly fishing with Damiano Molon in Treviso. As a complete beginner, I especially appreciated his patience, encouragement, and ability to explain things without ever making me feel like I was doing something wrong, which I consistently was. And with his help I got better at the three basic casts.

Damiano knows the local rivers and fishing extremely well. He made the experience both enjoyable and relaxed. And we actually hooked a 60 cm trout—a remarkable accomplishment for a beginning fly fisherman, because of the help of this most capable guide!

I highly recommend Damiano to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and personable fly-fishing guide in the Treviso area. This experience was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy.

My goal in fishing with Damiano was simply to fish the canals in Treviso. That was easily accomplished. But Damiano was able to get me on a couple of really good fish, despite my challenges with dealing with "big water" (being a mountain-stream angler at home), and despite the rain, and despite the extraordinary amount of vegetation floating down the river! Damiano is an amazing and highly skilled guide! He can teach you a lot of new techniques and habits of how the italian fish (like marble trout and brown trout) behave and with these insights helps you catch a lot more and lot’s of bigger fish!
